1. Rental Terms
The Client hereby agrees to rent the Photo Booth as follows:

2. Deposit
The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of ___________________________ to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due ___________________________ days before the event date.
3. Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide a suitable location for the Photo Booth.
- Ensure that there is adequate power supply and space for operation.
- Be responsible for the behavior of guests using the Photo Booth.
4. Cancellations
If the Client cancels the rental, they must notify the Rental Company in writing.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event will result in a full refund.
- Cancellation between 15-30 days before the event will result in a 50% refund of the total rental fee.
- Cancellations less than 15 days prior to the event will not receive a refund.
5. Liability
The Rental Company is not responsible for any damages or injuries incurred during the use of the Photo Booth. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Company from any claims arising out of the use of the Photo Booth.
